Collaborated with a cross-functional team of engineers at Interactive Intelligence to lead the design the UI/UX for the PureCloud Script Editor—a WYSIWYG tool that transformed traditional call center scripts into dynamic, data-driven web experiences; iterated through feedback to deliver an intuitive, user-centered solution.
